CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT FINANCE OFFICERS (CAGFO)

ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Sunday, October 29-November 1

Delta Hotel by Marriott, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa, Ontario and live/virtual online.

Registration instructions:

  • You will be prompted to choose whether you are attending virtually or in person.
  • Once you have made that choice, you will be directed to the appropriate fields to complete.

In Person delegates:

  • Please complete the fields as the point of contact of your registration. Note the point of contact should be a conference registrant and not an admin contact. (All registrants will receive relevant conference information moving forward.)
  • Select your package.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs on or prior to August 31st, 2023 by 11:59 pm.
  • 50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs September 1st until September 16th 2023 by 11:59 pm.
  • Refunds will not be given after September 16, 2023, 11:59 PM
  • Registration may be transferred to another delegate but arrangements must be made in advance and no later than 11:59 PM September 30th.
  • All refunds and registration transfers will incur a $100 service fee

Virtual delegates:

  • Select your appropriate package size (Early Bird, Single, Cohort, Group, Org, Large Org).
  • Follow the pop-up instructions that will apply to your selected registration level.

Then complete the questions below and click submit. Please do not edit the columns in the downloadable template and be sure to complete all fields for each registrant. Payment will be processed for your selected registration level and the completed spreadsheet should be submitted to office@cagfo.ca when your list is finalized. Don't forget to keep sshahroze@vfairs.com in CC. Please be sure to select the correct registration level for your organization.
