ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Sunday, October 29-November 1

Delta Hotel by Marriott, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa, Ontario and live/virtual online.

Registration instructions:

  • You will be prompted to choose whether you are attending virtually or in person.
  • Once you have made that choice, you will be directed to the appropriate fields to complete.

In Person delegates:

  • Please complete the fields as the point of contact of your registration. Note the point of contact should be a conference registrant and not an admin contact. (All registrants will receive relevant conference information moving forward.)
  • Select your package.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs on or prior to August 31st, 2023 by 11:59 pm.
  • 50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs September 1st until September 16th 2023 by 11:59 pm.
  • Refunds will not be given after September 16, 2023, 11:59 PM
  • Registration may be transferred to another delegate but arrangements must be made in advance and no later than 11:59 PM September 30th.
  • All refunds and registration transfers will incur a $100 service fee

Virtual delegates:

  • Select your appropriate package size (Early Bird, Single, Cohort, Group, Org, Large Org).
  • Follow the pop-up instructions that will apply to your selected registration level.
