Registration instructions:

You will be prompted to choose whether you are attending virtually or in person.
Once you have made that choice, you will be directed to the appropriate fields to complete.

Please complete the fields as the point of contact of your registration. Note the point of contact should be a conference registrant and not an admin contact. (All registrants will receive relevant conference information moving forward.)

Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs on or prior to August 31^st, 2023 by 11:59 pm.
50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs September 1^st until September 16^th 2023 by 11:59 pm.
Refunds will not be given after September 16, 2023, 11:59 PM
Registration may be transferred to another delegate but arrangements must be made in advance and no later than 11:59 PM September 30^th.
All refunds and registration transfers will incur a $100 service fee
